Quote Quote Quote Quote Week 1 done & dusted, love the food, my absolute fav is the berry smoothie I make double so my hubby can have it as well. On nights out have stuck to the schedule by having whatever was on the menu for that night , fish or steak , ate half what they served me and all the greens.
Hate running , hurts my knees , however I made no excuses and did each session ( including the ant bites), terrible at burpees today but will get better. Fitting in the sessions between outrigger paddling so get Sunday off, rest day! Mind you I lay about 3mtr of mulch yesterday, so that really wasn't a day off, lots of squats involved "" unschedulled traing lol"
