I've finished week 1. Loving all the food. Had so much left over from last weeks shop at the markets I hardly had anything to buy this week. I feel my body is absolutely LOVING me for it. I find just changing your diet just naturally gives you the get up and go to get out there and exercise more. Not thinking about it. I'm just DOING IT!!

I took my before photos. And I'm looking forward to posting up some hot looking after shots!

I wish I could say I had a favourirte meal thus far. But I don't. I love them all. So quick and easy too with no complaints from the boys either. My son said I need to open a restaurant!!!
