Lisa, 1st week in and both my partner and I lost over a kilogram. Just finishing my 2nd week and am already feeling the difference. Last night I stayed at my daughters so had no breakfast prepared, and drove to McDonalds to get some raisin toast, parked the car, thought about it for a moment, started the car again, went instead to the supermarket, brought muesli and had that instead and I feel better that I did. It IS all about making choices and I am slowly making better ones... Thank you.
