The end of 2011 and the start of 2012 was the kick start to the new me. I met Lisa Curry when her boyfriend Joel, was playing at the local club where I lived. Shamefully I had NO IDEA who she was, but that didn't matter, she seemed like the most amazing person I had ever met. I went home and followed her on Twitter and Facebook. That was the best decision I have ever made. It turns out when I met her, Lisa was at her biggest she has been and then I saw her on The Today Show for her 50th birthday and she looked AMAZING! I pretty much signed up for the KISS Club that day.

I had already started my own fitness journey, but wasn't getting very far. So joining the KISS Club made it easier for me. It had 10 weeks of set workouts and meals, all I had to do was follow the plan. The best thing about her KISS program is the fact that Lisa created it. She is the living proof that what she is telling you to do actually works. When I was doing the KISS Program Lisa was always there to support me. If I had questions, I could just tweet her or Facebook her. The best part about embarking on a fitness journey especially the KISS Program is the support from people.To this day, I still have a far bit of weight to lose, but so far have lost about 40kg with the help of Lisa and her KISS Program and other personal endeavors. I have taken up Kick Boxing for fitness, I do 3 Bootcamp sessions a week and go to the gym nearly everyday.

Meeting Lisa and joining her KISS Program has been amazing.
