Hi Lisa day 5 for me. My husband is being my trainer (he is in the fitness industry) and my two younger kids are the support team. They follow me with water bottles and do push ups etc next to me. They call it our 'fitness club' and this week they have really enjoyed three nights of quality time with mum dad. Can't thank you enough. Long haul, but I am very determined!

Update: Hi Lisa start of week 3 for me. 11cm off my waist!! I have just come back from a 50 min walk/jog. 3 weeks ago I was only walking 45mins. Thank you
