Quote Quote Quote Quote Hey Lisa just wanted to say a huge huge thank you for finally getting me motivated enough to do something with about my weight - i have been making excuses since 93 when i blamed the heart drugs for putting weight on then IVF drugs from 97-2000 i then became a comfort eater through abusive relationships & once again used surviving cancer as a reason to eat - i was alive so may as well enjoy myself - then two pregnancies in 04 & 07 - your programme has been the first one i have found that I CAN DO - everything in there so far is what i am able to do - by myself!!! i have 45 kgs to lose & im not going to stop till i do - even went shopping today for some exercise clothes - think i feel good in how i look i will enjoy exercising more - even splurged on ordering some sneakers from the US cause i didnt like any ones here so thanks once again for being such a inspiration & creating a programme for "real" people - i cant wait to show off my new body!! xxx
