Quote Quote Quote Quote Just a quick thank you for your KISS Swim program. Just finished the third session for
week 4.  I hadn't weighed myself since I started (I was 81kg). After four weeks of smashing it out in the pool, changing my health and my mind one lap at a time, I'm feeling great and have made sure I haven't replaced the battery in my scales because seeing those numbers have done my head in so many times before, but today I was in Big W and thought well just for a second I will step on their scales as though I'm going to buy them.. Lol made sure they were set to zero .. Carefully set them down.. Quickly hopped on OMG 74kg and then I did it again 74kg! I've lost 7 whopping kilos by swimming planned sessions three times a week and keeping my meals at fresh healthy regular meals, and wine only one night a week !!

As I stretch out and feel my whole body working, I can actually visualise all my organs thanking me for breaking away all that visceral fat that was slowly suffocating my whole system…physically, mentally, financially and emotionally.

It's a life change being back in the pool…
