Nice and relaxed now, I just needed a good stretch, I will b making a habit of this._looking fwds to Week 4. _Lisa with everything I have been through with my son.....and the grieving for the past two years, The past 3 weeks I have felt stronger, happier have started to come off antidepressants (slowly). You have given purpose to my life, feeling full of energy, new goals, now to get my husband to STOP!!!!! and enjoy life thankyou _ _ _
