I am pleasantly surprised at how easy the week has been.

WEEK 3
Hi Lisa
I have been following your program exactly for the past 3 weeks and so excited to say that I have lost a total of 5.8kgs so far.
Week 1 - 3kgs, week 2 - 1.6kgs & week 3 - 1.2kgs.
It's simply and really enjoyable and I can certainly recommend this program to anyone looking to lose weight without the shakes, pre-packaged foods or crazy recipe some diets require.
I have certainly tried them all but this is the first time I feel like I am really in control and know what I am doing. I am finally learning how to eat correctly!
I can't wait to see what's in store for the next 7 weeks.

WEEK 6

I've just finished week 6 & have lost a total of 9.1kgs.
6 weeks ago I was contemplating buying a new a new wardrobe.
So glad I didn't as I already have one!! I'm fitting into clothes I haven't worn for a long time.
To say I am excited would be an understatement!!

WEEK 7
and BAM!! 7 weeks down with a loss of 10.1kgs.
I was hoping for 10 in 10 weeks so I'm stoked.

WEEK 8
I bought myself a pressie last week after loosing 10kgs. .. A fit bit zip!! This week I have 10000 steps each day and I was blown away by the scales this morning. A 2kg loss for week 8!!!!
That's 12kgs in 8 weeks!! Woot

WEEK 10

I've just finished week 10 of your program & am so happy with the results.
I've lost a total of 15.7kgs!!!
I started at 115.8kgs & weighed this morning at 100.1kgs. .. so close to those double figures.
Today I am back to week 1 & I'm very excited about the next 10 weeks.
Thanks for a great program & a huge thanks for the support you've given to me too. I look forward to sharing the next 10 weeks with you.

WEEK 11
Hi Lisa
I have tried many weight loss programs in the past & each time I take pics of myself & take my measurements. I find I become quite obsessed with the numbers & if I don't see them changing each week I get quite disheartened.
This time I decided to take a different approach & not take pics or measure.
It's working as I am more focused on myself eating & exercising. I also only try to hop on the scales once a week.
At the start of the program I was struggling a bit with the exercises but I an enjoying them now.
I am walking 8kms every morning & on Sundays I do about 18kms. I am addicted to getting outside.
I've now done 11 weeks & have lost 17kgs! My husband has lost 16kgs!

WEEK 14

Thought you might like an update.
It's been 14 weeks since I started your program and I've now lost 19kgs!!!!
I did have an entire week off the program for our family holiday where I surprised myself with the wise choices I was making.

Thanks Lisa! Feeling fantastic. My goal is 75kgs. A total of 40.8 to lose. So close to half way

Another 1.1kg loss this week Lisa! Total of 20.4kgs gone!! Go team Jen ha ha

Trying to get into a new routine but I will get there. Once school goes back things will become a lot easier I'm sure. Starting at the gym next week so I'm excited about that.

Just wanted to give you a little update. When I first started your program I could barely jog for 1 minute. Yesterday I jogged 5kms in
34 mins.. loving the fitness that comes with my new healthy lifestyle
