It's doable, it's encouraging, it focuses on encouragement & positivity rather than harsh food & exercise regimes that many of us can't manage. A real program for real women! In 4 weeks, I've dropped a dress size, my skin is clearer, but the most amazing things are my increased energy & that my joints aren't sore! I've had sore joints for about 5 years & now I'm moving much more easily & comfortably. Thank you so much.
