Quote Quote Quote Quote I have started week 7 today. So far I have lost 5.5kg's. I'm absolutely over the moon. I have tried EVERYTHING - weight watchers, Jenny Craig, biggest loser. But this is the first time I have actually reached my first goal - 5kg's. the other good thing is - I'm sorry Lisa - but I have done NO exercise - I injured my miniscus so haven't been allowed. Can't wait until I can actually do exercise & see how much weight I loose then :-). Thanks Lisa I love this program :-)
