My husband and I tried Michelle Bridges just after I had our first baby in June last year. We found it tasteless, boring and the meals were time consuming to make and buy for. Having a newborn and trying to prepare the meals was too hard. After seeing the KISS program on TV we were eager to try it. We have been on it for 3.5 weeks and lost close to 4 kilos each. I have never been one to stick to exercise or diet, but it's far from a diet. We are totally thrilled with the results and I urge you to give it a go. If I can do it anyone can!!!
