I am 39 and have attempted and occasionally succeeded with weight loss programs from Weight Watchers to Gut Busters since I was 14. I have just finished week 5 of K1 and I have lost 10.2kg and a heap of cm's from top to bottom (total 58cm). But what I have found different about your programme is that I am now educated to make the right eating choices when I am away from home travelling on business. I can't believe the difference in my fitness in just 5 weeks, although I must say I just completed my first Pyramid Session and I didn't like you very much when I was pushing out the 30 sec burpee plus jump at the peak of the pyramid! But I know it is all well and truly worth the extra effort. I gave up smoking on the 31st of May this year after 24 stupid years and thanks to you I can now jog for 32 minutes non stop. I don't think I have ever been able to jog that long and I plan to be able to jog for 60 mins by week 10. I am sorry if I have rambled a bit here, but I am truly thankful for what you have helped me to accomplish. My wife Hayley has been absolutely awesome doing all my food preparation and I couldn't do it without her support.
