Kiss 3 is an all over body program that will condition and develop every muscle of your body. You may be a little sore at the beginning, but this won’t last. You will soon get used to this type of training, start feeling fitter, stronger and healthier and be amazed at the results.

The K3 eating plan doesn’t count calories…when you restrict calories while strength training, you end up losing fat and muscle, and become just a smaller version of yourself but with the same soft physique.

K3 is about changing the shape of your body; building lean muscle and reducing body fat at the same time.

K3 is not a quick fix nor does it entail taking magic pills or potions that will change the shape of your body. This is a program that will teach you how to exercise effectively, make wise choices with your food and change your lifestyle to give you good health, energy and a fit, strong physique.

K3 was the finishing touches that reduced Lisa’s weight from 69 kilos to 64 kilos – losing that stubborn last 5 kilos!

Once I’m in the gym I remember how much I love being there! Sometimes just making that first step to sign up is the hardest.

Once you get started you will love the feeling you get from working out in the gym. You may possibly feel a little bewildered to start with but I can assure you, that doesn’t last long as you feel empowered, make new friends, and achieve things you never thought possible.

We all have different things going on in our lives, so make sure you take your time and really love what you do. It takes about a week of eating well and about 3 weeks of training to start to feel the benefits, then as the weeks go on, you start to see the benefits, then your friends start to notice…whoo hoo…. You're on your way!
